Description: When perfect is not perfect and imperfect is just perfect! If you totally got this, then you're like me. Operating from a place of perfection is something that I struggled with most of my life, over analyzing everything, trying to understand everything before doing anything, insisting in getting my ducks in a row before committing to anything, and finally, last but not least, attempting to live up to someone else's expectations and yet never living in my own authenticity.  In my 3-hour interactive workshop, we will explore what motivates our search for perfection, how to embrace our imperfections and create powerful results when we simply get real with ourselves!

Description: This 4hr workshop is designed for anyone who is challenged with having the tools and the practice to sustain a healthy and balanced rhythm in their day to day schedule. Managing time can be an elusive concept despite the plethora of digital tools, books and planners at our disposal. I am an avid believer that being a slave to our schedule is a problem not everyone knows how to break out of because there are old patterning that holds us hostage until we take the time to understand the source of this issue and looking at ways to directly address it.
